Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing a claim with the carrier and provide support in resolving the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and photos of the damaged item for documentation purposes.

Please note that if the item is insured during shipping, a claim must be filed with the carrier. However, any claims for damage caused by the carrier are subject to the carrier's policies and timelines.
